This is my current mantra now.

With this in my I found that I did more things and did them faster.

This one works better for me instead of “No Fear”, because my logical thinking will always say, “there’s fear, you’re afraid now”.

But “Fear is a Liar” is acknowledging that there is fear and this fear is a liar, which in most cases it is true.
