According to Yangzi Evening News, prior to his death he had being working overtime for a month, not leaving the offices until 11pm every day.

In China, nearly 600,000 people die a year of “work exhaustion” according to the China Youth Daily.

This reminds me of my old work place where my ex-boss would consider his employees ‘lazy’ if they go home at 6pm and don’t come to work on weekends (office hour is 9 – 6, 5 days a week).

So most of his employees work until 11pm – 12 midnight and also during weekends.

And this ex-boss supposed to be ‘motivational speaker’.

Do you know what’s wrong here?

Yes, you can work your ass off, but FOR YOU.

For YOUR DREAMS.

Not for someone’s dream!

I work late and I wake up early and start working again but I love what I do.

It’s different.

And this ‘motivational speaker’ said I’m “dead man walking”.

Why? Because I’m quiet and not enthusiastic.

Well, one thing I believe that if you don’t have anything good to say, SHUT UP.

I wasn’t enthusiastic because whatever I learned about working on your dreams, self-development, it’s totally different with what this guy is applying in his company.

What’s Your Life’s Worth?

Anyway my friend, I want you  to ask yourself, what is your life’s worth?

If you’re stressed at your work place, you work your ass off for tiny pay at the end of the month, do you have your Exit Strategy?

Do you want to be stress because of your job until you die?

Let me tell you this, even if you find another job, 99.9% of the time you will be stressed as long as you work for somebody else.

As long as you work to make somebody’s else dreams come true, you won’t be happy.

I’m not saying that you must quit your job. DON’T!

But you should have an exit strategy, some part time business that will later (maybe 1 – 2 years or sooner) free you from this work stress.

Think about this today, NOW.

There are many business opportunities out there and on this page that you can start and make it your exit strategy.

Don’t be afraid to try. Don’t be afraid to fail.

Is is that hard to spend 1 – 2 hours after your full time job to work on your dreams, the life you want?

Is it too much to invest a little bit of your income for your future?

You CAN do this. You CAN achieve your dreams.

Don’t die of overwork.

My choice is to die of overjoy or better in which I’m not sure what it is, only God knows.

Within this 30 days I’ve seen more improvement on my website in years.

What’s the difference?

The difference is I decided to TAKE MORE ACTIONS instead of analyze.

My improvement might not be gigantic but there IS improvement and I’m so grateful and thankful for that because it shows that I’m on the right path.

It sucks when you do something and don’t see any results from it at all.

But once you’ve seen something, no matter how small it is, you’ll be jumping for joy.

It’s like growing Chinese bamboo tree where it takes 5 years to water the seed before it breaks out of the ground. After it breaks out of the ground it grows to 90 feet just within 6 weeks.

Website Traffic

Above is a 2 weeks comparison of my website traffic.

I’m still testing parameters like number of posts daily, time posting and traffic sources.

Traffic seemed to increase if I post at least 3 posts daily and market them on my social media platform which are mainly Facebook, Pinterest and YouTube.

I’m not that active on Twitter but I just post on my Twitter account whenever I publish new blog post.

My major traffic source at the moment is from Facebook.

I don’t do paid advertising because I don’t have any money for that so I’m focusing on what I have which is my Time & Energy, which I’m so grateful and thankful for that.

Right now I’m testing new traffic sources as I want to see increase in traffic with only one post a day.

According to Eben Pagan and Derek Halpern (Social Triggers), we should spend more time (60%-80%) MARKETING our products/posts instead of creating more posts.

Alexa Ranking

I didn’t actually look at my website Alexa ranking until 9 days ago when I suddenly noticed the number went down to less than a million.

Usually it was like 2 – 1 million. So for it to go down in that short time means I’m doing something right.

Now I just need to scale it up.

List Building

Right now I only have 21 subscribers in my email list. I just put email update sign up form yesterday, which is on top of every post.

Online Income

So far I only made 1 EN sale, 2 GetResponse referral commissions and 3 sales for my OBI Membership Site Creation Course.

The OBI Membership course sales were actually a bonus because my main purpose to open the course again is to get subscribers.

Although I’m still far from making that $5000/month, I’m still so grateful and thankful because I know I’m already Moving Forward towards that.

By the way, the 30 – 60 days to reach $5000/mo has not officially started yet as Vick is still adding the awesome stuff in BIM back office.

It’s coming VERY SOON.

Here’s another studies on HOW money can buy happiness.

There’s been many times in my life that I felt hopeless, that it seemed like there’s no point of living because bad things kept happening and it didn’t seem it’d stop.

But then something happened or I listened or read certain things that made me decided to live one more day.

This is one of the videos that saved my life. I listened to it mostly everyday. Sometimes twice a day.

Not too long ago I met W Mitchell, the author of the book, “It’s Not What Happen To You, It’s What You Do About It“.

I told him that I love reading inspirational and self-help books. But a friend of my told me, what’s the point of reading all that because I was still broke and not successful.

Mitchell told me, “then imagine what would happen if you didn’t.

“You might be worse! You might do bad things.”

All I know this stuff not only make me want to go for my dreams, it also saved my life.

I just wanna share with you a story I got recently while listening to Les Brown speech which I think would relate to a lot of us.

“I was walking down the street and happened to see a man sitting on his porch. Next to the man was his dog, who was whimpering.

I asked the man “What’s wrong with your dog?” The man said, “He’s laying on a nail”.

I asked “Laying on a nail?, Well why doesn’t he get up?” The man then replied “It’s not hurting him bad enough.”

A lot of people complain and whine about their lives but very little actually do something about it because the pain is NOT bad enough.

On the way to success, you have to go through some pain. If success is easy, everyone would do it.

#1 Change your mindset

Don’t see pain as negative. Get through pain, outlast discomfort. Without struggle there will be no progress.

#2 Embrace the challenge

Make your strengths even stronger. Do things you’ve never done before.

#3 Become excellent

Someone out there wants YOUR spot. You’ve got to go a little further, a little longer than the other guy.
